They Call Him "Runner-Runner Nick"

Level 17 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

We found Chris Conrad and Nick Lanzi locked up in a hand together and all the money went in on the flop. The board showed {Q-Hearts} {3-Hearts} {4-Hearts} and Lanzi had flopped top pair holding {K-Spades} {Q-Spades}. But Conrad had bad news for him when he tabled {K-Hearts} {10-Hearts} for the flopped flush.

Lanzi had one foot out the door but then the dealer peeled off the {K-Diamonds} on the turn and the {Q-Clubs} on the river. Lanzi stayed alive and Conrad was stunned.

Before we left the table Andy Rubinberg said, "Yeah, we call him 'Runner-Runner Nick.'"
