We got to the table to see a short-stacked Kurt Jewell all in for his tournament life against an opponent.
Jewell:
Opponent:
The flop came and Jewell gave himself a bunch more outs with his open-ended straight draw. The turn was the and no help to Jewell and he needed to catch on fifth street to stay alive in the tournament. Alas, the river brought the and he was sent to the rail.
Jewell will most certainly return to the felt tomorrow to try once again to defend his title.
