Andy Philachack stopped by our table on his way out of the tournament room. His story of demise started with Mark Burford opening the pot with a large raise and Philachack shoved. Burford called and the hands were tabled.
Philachack held and Burford held . A queen fell on the turn and Philachack was eliminated.
We caught Mark Kroon on a flop against two other opponents. The board was , Kroon bet 7,700, one opponent folded and the other called. The turn came , Kroon checked, his opponent bet 12,000 and Kroon check-raised to 25,000.
His opponent took some time before tossing in a call and the river came . Kroon moved all in and his opponent went deep into the tank.
"There's no shame in folding sir," Kroon said. "Do you have a big pair?"
His opponent continued to tank and Kroon kept prodding him to fold. Finally his opponent folded and Kroon showed for a full house.
Seneca Easley opened for 2,800 in late position and his opponent on the button called. The blinds released and the flop came . Easley led out for 4,500, his opponent moved all in for around 25,000 and Easley called.

The turn and river were bricks and Easley earned the knockout.
A few tables over we saw Drew Dumanski gather his things, make his goodbyes and exited the tournament area.
John Dolan fired one bullet yesterday and elected to bypass Day 1b and bought in this morning. In just the first couple hands he was in a blind vs blind situation where he raised from the big blind and the small blind shoved. Dolan called and the hands were tabled.
