Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
Felipe Ramos
Felipe Ramos

Anatoliy Zyrin raised to 11,000 and Felix Schulze moved all inn from the small blind, forcing a fold from the Russian.

One hand later, Zyrin opened to 12,500 and Felipe Ramos moved all in out of the small blind for 79,000. Pierre Neuville in the big blind seemed interested and Ramos joked "I need to double up, either you or him." Neuville folded and Zyrin shrugged, then called it off soon after.

Felipe Ramos: {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}
Anatoliy Zyrin: {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}

The board came {A-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and Ramos indeed doubled up.

A Big Jam by Schulz

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Felix Schulze raised to 11,000 and Robert Schulz called in the hijack to see a heads-up flop of {7-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Clubs}. Schulze continued for 16,500 and Schulz just called before doing so again for 40,000 on the {8-Clubs} turn. The {Q-Diamonds} river completed the board and Schulze fired a third barrel for 80,000.

Schulz gave it some consideration before moving all in and Schulze took off his sunglasses, cracked a smile and studied the board and his opponent before folding two minutes later.

Value for Lipauka

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Robert Schulz lost a small pot with {K-Clubs}{J-Spades} against Vadzim Lipauka's {A-Spades}{K-Hearts} after both players held top pair on a board of {K-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{10-Spades}{5-Diamonds}. That brought the stack of Lipauka up some more and he almost closed the gap to Felix Schulze in second place.

In the meanwhile, Felipe Ramos' attempt to add some more chips to his stack ended on a flop of {K-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{2-Hearts}. Pavel Binar checked in the big blind, Ramos bet 10,000 and Binar's check-raise all in ended the hand right there.

Mustafov Takes on Neuville

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

A raise to 11,500 by Fahredin Mustafov in the cutoff was followed up by a call of Pierre Neuville in the big blind and the Belgian checked the {7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop. Mustafov bet 15,000 and Neuville called before checking again the {4-Spades} on the turn. Mustafov made it 50,000 to go and that won the pot without further resistance.

Lipauka Rising

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

A raise to 11,000 was called by Fabrice Halleux in the small blind and Vadzim Lipauka three-bet to 37,500 in the big blind. The initial raiser folded and Halleux reluctantly called. On the {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} flop, the Belgian checked and folded to a bet worth 21,000 by Lipauka.

The next hand saw a battle of the blinds between Lipauka and Fahredin Mustafov and the former check-called a bet on the {10-Spades}{9-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop. On the {J-Spades} turn, Lipauka check-called a second bet of 36,500 before the {10-Clubs} river was checked. Lipauka showed {J-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} and Mustafov mucked {9-Spades}{3-Hearts} for counterfit worse two pair.

Small Pot for Lipauka; Bigger One for Mustafov

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Pierre Neuville defended his big blind against a raise by Fahredin Mustafov and check-called a bet of 8,000 on the {J-Spades}{3-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop. On the {8-Diamonds} turn, Neuville bet 12,000 and Mustafov called before the {K-Hearts} fell on the river. Neuville checked and folded to a 25,000-bet by Mustafov.

Soon after, Vadzim Lipauka raised to 9,000 and Neuville in the small blind as well as Robert Schulz in the big blind called. Both players in the blinds checked to Lipauka on the {A-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop and the Belorussian won the hand uncontested with a continuation bet.

Schulze and Lipauka Clash in Big Pot

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Felix Schulze
Felix Schulze

Fahredin Mustafov shoved into Felix Schulze for well above the size of the pot on the {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Hearts} turn. Schulze folded and showed no emotions while raising the very next hand to 9,000 from early position. The action folded to Vadzim Lipauka in the big blind and he three-bet to 34,500. Schulze gave it some consideration and pushed forward his tower of T-5,000 chips and Lipauka called with the superior stack.

Felix Schulze: {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}
Vadzim Lipauka: {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}

Lipauka shot out of his chair and sighed, and the board of {J-Clubs}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{8-Spades} failed to improve the Belorussian. Schulze doubled for 204,500 and Lipauka lost two third of his stack.
