Building Stack Without a Showdown

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

Pavel Plesuv faced a raise to 1,000 by Dawid Paczka and three-bet to 3,000 on the button. Paczka wasted little time before four-betting to 9,000 and that shut down all further action.

Robert Schulz opened to 1,000 as well and faced a three-bet to 3,000 by Sander van Wesemael on the button. Erez Hamerov called in the big blind, as did Schulz, and Hamerov announced a check in the dark. The following flop of {J-Hearts}{9-Spades}{7-Clubs} was checked by all three players before the action checked to van Wesemael on the {9-Hearts} turn. The Dutchman bet 4,500 and Schulz was the only caller before the German check-folded the {2-Diamonds} river when facing a bet of 9,200.
