Devin Limburg raised to 22,000 from the hijack, and Thomas Alcorn called in the cutoff. Robert James three-bet to 62,000 from the small blind, and only Alcorn called.
"I check," Alcorn said before the 
flop could fall. He was out of turn, however, much to the amusement of the table. James checked, and Alcorn reached for chips, but the dealer stopped him, declaring his check out of turn binding.
"That's called an angle shoot, sir," James said to Alcorn.
Both players checked the 
turn, and James checked the 
river as well. Alcorn bet 75,000 and James quickly called.
"Oh...I honestly thought I had the flush," Alcorn said, tabling as he did. James turned up his 
for top pair and the winner.
Mark Wright jammed for 160,000 from middle position, and Nick Pupillo called on the button.

Wright needed a queen after the 
flop gave both players a Broadway draw. The turn opened up some chop outs for Wright, but he bricked off on the 
river to bust.
Brett Apter raised to 21,000 from middle position, and Michael Foley, who has final tabled the previous two WSOPC Horseshoe Southern Indiana Main Events, called on the button.
Apter checked the flop, and Foley bet 25,000. Apter called.
Apter checked again on the turn, and Foley fired out 40,000. Apter folded.
Thomas Alcorn bet 15,000 from the big blind on a 
flop, and Robert James raised to 80,000 from middle position. James Burns three-bet jammed for 336,000 from the cutoff, chasing out John Gallaher on the button as well as Alcorn.
James confirmed the total and tanked for a minute, then folded.
Bill Horsman checked a 
flop from the small blind, as did Kenny Smith in the big blind. Kevin Johnson bet 25,000 into a pot of 70,000 from the cutoff, and only Horsman called.
Both players checked the turn, and the fell on the river. Horsman bet 75,000 and Johnson folded.
