Welcome back to the PokerNews coverage of the €1,100 Main Event at the 2019 WSOP International Circuit in Holland Casino Rotterdam. Cards will be in the air for Day 1b at 2 p.m. and there will be another starting flight at 10 p.m. later tonight. The tournament features a guaranteed prize pool of €250,000 with the winner not only taking home the lion share but also the coveted WSOP Circuit Ring. The winner of the Main Event also receives a ticket worth $10,000 for the WSOP Global Casino Championship.
It's the third time that the WSOP Circuit visits Holland Casino in Rotterdam. Eyal Bensimhon took the ring and €93,349 first-place prize down the first time and non-other than three-time GPI ranking winner of the Netherlands Tobias Peters won in 2018 when he beat Bart Beens heads-up. Peters won €67,766 and a WSOP Circuit Ring. The buy-in for this year's Main Event was reduced from €1,650 to €1,100.
The players will start with 30,000 chips and they will play twelve 40-minute levels. There are twelve levels scheduled for today with a 15-minute break after every three levels. There will be a split dinner break with half the field going on a break after level six and the other half going on a break after Level seven.
They are all chasing Renato Messina who finished Day 1a with the chip lead after bagging 237,000. He is the only non-Dutch player who sits in the top five as he is followed by Rashed Zade, Jerome Riverola, Kevin Pagué, and Francisco Marti.

Cards are in the air for the second out of three starting flights of the €1,100 Main Event. The first day attracted 130 players and 41 survived the first starting day.
The tournament is expected to easily reach their €250,000 guaranteed prize pool.

Phillip Huxley entered the €1,100 Main Event at the start of the day. He won the Main Event of the WSOP International Circuit in Marrakech back in June where he took home his first WSOP Circuit Ring and the first-place prize of 947,780 MAD ($99,632).
We will keep an eye on Huxley as the day progresses to see if he will make another run in a WSOP Circuit Main Event.

Farukh Tach sat in the cutoff when he saw the flop appear with two opponents. The player in middle position checked to him and Tach put a bet of 700 in front of him. The player on the button got out of the way but Tach's opponent in middle position called.
The turn was the and middle position check-called a bet of 1,800 from Tach to see the complete the board. Tach fired another 2,700 when it was checked to him and he once again was called.
Tach opened up which won him the pot to give him a nice start of the day.

The Main Event is still going in the first level of the day but Ad Schaap was already eliminated. The complete board was on the table and Henry Klitzner had in front of him. Schaap his cards were already in the muck but Farukh Tach said he had .
The chips went to the middle on the flop, according to Tach, and Schaap was sent to the rail.

The day started with 63 players on the clock but that number already stands at 105. That means that there are a total of 235 players in the €1,100 Main Event already and only 15 more are needed to reach the guarantee of €250,000.
