Rago Continues to Rise

Level 18 : 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Giuseppe Rago managed to find a big double up, on a {5-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{2-Spades} board, where he had shoved for 115,000 in a 160,000 pot. Han Kuo was against him and he finally called after almost three minutes in the tank.

Giuseppe Rago: {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
Han Kuo: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}

Rago was ahead with the flopped two pair and he needed to fade the three remaining kings of the deck to stay alive. The {2-Spades} on the river was safe for him and he hit the table hard with his hand to celebrate the win.

Houra Doubles with Kings

Level 18 : 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Ondrej Houra saw Dominik Arnold bet 125,000 in a {3-Hearts}{j-Spades}{3-Spades}{q-Clubs} board on the turn and he immediately announced all in. Arnold asked for a count on Houra's stack and the dealer counted 255,000 chips.

Arnold tanked for about two minutes and made the call, with Houra opening quickly his {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts} on the table. Arnold looked disappointed as he opened {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for a smaller pair, looking for just a ten to send his opponent to the rail.

The {9-Diamonds} on the river didn't help him and Houra built a big stack after this hand.

Cokesa Takes Some Back Without Showdown

Level 19 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Nikola Cokesa was in a four-way pot from the small blind, when he called a preflop raise to 13,000 from Jakob Madsen who was in early position. The other two players in the hand were Rene Zembinsky from the cutoff and Gustaaf Janssens from the big blind.

The flop came {2-Spades}{j-Spades}{3-Clubs} and Madsen bet 22,000 after both blinds checked. Zembinsky folded and Cokesa popped it up to 63,000 chips. After the big blind's fold, Madsen called and the {4-Clubs} appeared on the turn.

Cokesa this time announced all in and Madsen asked for a count, with the dealer informing him that Cokesa's stack was 252,000. Madsen folded after some tanking and Cokesa won a sizeable pot.

Dunaic's Ace-Kicker is Good

Level 19 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Dragan Dunaic raised to 15,000 from under the gun and action folded to Yehonatan Behor in the big blind who made the call.

The flop came {2-Spades}{9-Hearts}{k-Spades}, Behor check-called the 15,000 continuation-bet of Dunaic.

The turn was the {7-Clubs}, Behor took over the initiative and led out for 20,000. Dunaic raised to 55,000 which Behor called.
