Jiang on the Rise

Blinds 4,000-8,000

Brazil's "01123581321" limp-raised to 64,000 out of the small blind and Sosia "Aunty_Ninja" Jiang stuck around in the big blind after she had invested 24,000 in a raise. The flop fell {a-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and "01123581321" bet-folded to a jam, forfeiting 24,000 in the process.

New Big Stacks Emerge

Blinds 4,000-8,000

There is no chip millionaire yet but several new faces have emerged near the top of the leaderboard.

Eibinger Hits the Rail

Blinds 3,500-7,000

Matthias Eibinger shipped his short stack in with the {a-Hearts}{q-Spades} and found a customer in table chip leader Alex Greenblatt in the cutoff, who tabled the {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}. The pair held thanks to a {k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} board and Eibinger was done for this event.

Deppe Doubles; Sheinin Scores the Knockout

Blinds 3,500-7,000

Robert "RiveredU" Deppe got it in ahead with {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts} against the {6-Spades}{6-Hearts} of Victor "GHOSTEADO" Teixeira and the latter made a flush on the {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}{2-Spades}{q-Spades}{9-Spades} board but the same card gave Deppe a full house.

Teixeira then three-bet jammed the last 34,392 in the cutoff with {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and David "KGB Plus eV" Sheinin called in the hijack with {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}. The {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} board felted Teixeira in dramatic fashion.

Lots of Bustouts

Blinds 3,500-7,000

The field is shrinking at an alarming pace as yet another 100 plus players busted in only a couple of minutes.

Finck Eats some "SMCancy"

Blinds 3,000-6,000

"SMCandy" raised to 15,000 and Jerome "gorgiAAs" Finck came along out of the big blind, as did the button as well. Finck check-jammed the {j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop for 330,095 and "SMCandy" called it off for 76,888 in total.

"SMCandy": {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}
Jerome "gorgiAAs" Finck: {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}

Finck nailed the {8-Clubs} turn and made eights full on the {10-Spades} river.

Game Over for Geilich

Geilich vs Marques
Geilich vs Marques

Blinds 3,000-6,000

In a battle of the blinds, Ludovic "Gr4vyB04t" Geilich got it in with the {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and Andre "Sperma" Marques looked him up with the {a-Hearts}{5-Clubs}. Geilich faded the {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}{6-Diamonds} flop but the {a-Diamonds} turn pulled Marques into the lead, the {6-Clubs} river was of no help.

Kamphues and Uselis on the Rise

Blinds 3,000-6,000

In the previous level still, Lars "schimmelgodx" Kamphues won a big flip with {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} against the {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs} of Damien "SetoKaiba" Wain thanks to a board of {k-Spades}{9-Hearts}{5-Spades}{7-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}.

David Miscikowski then bowed out with {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} against the {k-Spades}{k-Hearts} of Gediminas "NeverGambol" Uselis who made quads on the {9-Spades}{6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} board.

Wain departed the following hand, as did Sergio Aido shortly after.
