Brad Albrinck

The breakneck speed of eliminations continued as the field was reduced yet another. Taking the number of players from 22 down to 14 within just 25 minutes of play.

Brad Albrinck got it all in preflop holding {a-}{q-} and was in trouble against the {a-}{k-} of Andrew Kelsall.

The board ran out {3-}{5-}{3-}{8-}{a-} and Albrinck was gone in 15th place.

Salazar Doubles With Call

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

The board read {10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} on the turn. Eric Salazar was considering a decision for all of his chips as John Dollinger forced him all in with a shove.

Salazar thought for a good while and eventually Dollinger called the clock. As the countdown went toward the end, Salazar put the chips into the middle for the call and turned over the {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}. Dollinger was surprised by the strength of Salazar's hand as he remarked how long it took for him to call as he rolled over the {a-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}.

The river was the {9-Clubs} and Salazar double his stack.

Tsinis Survives

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Arkadiy Tsinis moved all in preflop and was called by John Dollinger.

Tsinis held the {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} against the {2-}{2-} of Dollinger.

The flop came {k-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs} to keep Dollinger ahead but the turn was the {q-Diamonds} and Tsinis took the lead. The river came the {3-Hearts} to confirm the double for Tsinis.

Brian Altman Eliminated in 13th Place ($4,995)

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Brian Altman
Brian Altman

Brian Altman shoved all in from early position over the preflop raise from James Calderaro. It was a large shove and for a large majority of Calderaro's chips. After several moments, Calderaro called.

It was a huge flip

Brian Altman {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
James Calderaro {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

The board ran out {4-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{q-Spades} and Altman was sent home after his stack was counted to be slightly shorter than Calderaro's.
