"The Scarf" Hangs On

Level 6 : 200/400, 400 ante

With the complete {3-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{6-Spades} board already on the felt, a player jammed his last 36,800 into a pot of 22,000 from middle position, and action was on Bryce "The Scarf" McVay.

McVay tanked for a few minutes, confirming the amount, before committing calling chips.

"Nice call," said the middle-position player, flipping over his {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for a busted combo draw. McVay showed {a-Spades}{10-Diamonds} for a pair of tens and earned the hefty pot and the knockout.
