After about ten hours of play, "davidchien88" is the Bounty Hunter Champion. The player from Taiwan made it through a field of 1,477 entries in Event #16: $840 Bounty Hunters Championship to win the top prize of just under $50,000. That was the biggest share of nearly $1.2 million in total prizes, and along the way, the winner also managed to pocket $64,843 in bounty cash as well.

"davidchien88" made it to heads-up play with more than a 2:1 chip advantage, and they quickly turned on the pressure. Before the final break they were up nearly 8:1, and though second place finisher Jakub "Janusz1957PL" Michalak did manage to survive with a double, he ultimately busted in a cooler running two pair into a flopped set.

Jeff "DollarVig" Berwick ended his day in 12th after a brutal cooler where he ran kings into the aces of third place finisher Enrico Camosci, and players like GGPoker Squad member Hristivoje "ALLinPav" Pavlovic, Joao "Wim Hof" Ferreira, and Sriharsha "Upswinger" Doddapaneni also busted out on the way.

"davidchien88" began their way to the win when their eights held in a race against the ace-king of Robert Haigh, knocking Haigh out in 7th place. They then took out four of the next five players to bust, including a brutal hand against "isildinho1" when their tens flopped a set against aces.

"davidchien88" cruised to the victory, getting heads up with more than 2:! chip lead, and going into the final break with a nearly 8:1 lead. Heads-up didn't last very long as even though Michalak was able to claw back a double, they were never able to get close.
