Isabel Baltazar
Isabel Baltazar

Pocket Kings were not good again for Eric Sfez.

The French player opened for 1,800 in early position, the button called and also Isabel Baltazar from the big blind.

The flop showed {j-Hearts}{10-Spades}{9-Hearts} and Sfez bet in the dark. Baltazar checked first, Sfez bet 3,000 and both opponents called.

On the turn {5-Clubs}, Baltazar took the lead to 8 000, Sfez raised to 35,000, the button folded and Baltazar went all in for Sfez' stack (around 60,000 chips left). He called with pocket Kings and Baltazar showed {7-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} for a straight. He didn't improve on the river.

As Sfez joined the rail, Baltazar gathered a massive 250,000 stack.
