Steven Martin Eliminated in 16th Place ($2,300 CAD)
Level 20
: 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Steven Martin shoved for 62,000 from middle position and was called by Senthuran Vijayaratnam on the button who covered him.
Steven Martin: A♠Q♦
Senthuran Vijayaratnam: A♥10♥
Martin was in great shape to double up with a bigger ace until Vijayaratnam made a Broadway straight on the Q♥J♣K♠ flop leaving Martin drawing close to dead. Martin found no help when the rest of the board ran out 8♥8♦ and was sent to the rail while Vijayaratnam continued to add chips to his stack.
