Adam Cader opened to 30,000 from early position and Srinivas Gottiparthi called from middle position. Evan Sparling moved all in from the hijack for 179,000, Cader shoved for 174,000 and Gottiparthi got out of the way.

Gottiparthi Takes a Chunk out of Charette

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

With two players seeing a board of 10♣3♣2♠6♣ and roughly 70,000 in the middle, Duff Charette had bet 65,000 from the hijack sending Srinnivas Gottiparthi briefly into the tank.

"I'll even show you what a great fold you made" Charette told his opponent after about a minute had passed. Shortly afterwards Gottiparthi raised to 165,000, leaving about 120,000 behind. Charette moved all in with a covering stack and Gottiparthi made the call.

Duff Charette: 10♥6♥

Charette had turned two pair but was in rough shape against Gottiparthi who had turned the nut-flush. Charette failed to improve to a full house on the 8♠ river and Gottiparthi dragged in a colossal pot.

Lupton Runs into Rockets

In a preflop confrontation Shane Brotherwood was all in from the button for 197,000 and up against Graham Lupton in the big blind who covered him.
