Andreas Merk made it 2,100 from under the gun before Oscar Ferrero three-bet to 6,300 from the next position. Manfred Mueller cold-called in the hijack. Merk also called and the three players saw the flop of 2♦Q♥2♠ fall.
Merk checked first and Ferrero decided to continuation-bet for 3,500. Mueller called before Merk check-raised to 10,000. Ferrero quickly folded, but Mueller gave it some thought before also letting go of his cards.
