Level 10
: Blinds 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante
Daniel Peray min-raised to 5,000 under the gun before Claudio Di Giacomo three-bet to 25,000 from the small blind. Johan Gunzinger four-bet ripped it for 60,000 from the big blind, forcing Peray to fold. Di Giacomo called to put Gunzinger at risk.
Johan Gunzinger: J♣J♠
Claudio Di Giacomo: 9♦9♠
Gunzinger's pocket jacks had him poised for a double up just after dinner.
The flop came down 6♥J♦7♠ to give Gunzinger top set and a commanding lead in the hand.
A K♥ on the turn left Di Giacomo drawing dead as the 8♣ river was just a necessity, and Gunzinger doubled.
