Arossi Overbets the River

Level 29 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Benjamin Hammann raised to 400,000 in the cutoff with K♥9♥ and Angelo Arossi defended K♣9♣ in the big blind.

Arossi checked his flush draw on the A♣8♥J♣ flop, and Hammann quickly fired 375,000. Arossi called to see the 2♣ on the turn.

Both players checked and the 3♥ completed the board. Arossi slid out an overbet of 2,150,000, which was enough to get Hammann to fold.
