Tondeur Runs Into A Full House to Be Eliminated
Level 1
: Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Moments after the start of the day, Waldemar Kopyl opened from the button. He was called by Khalil Tazi in the small blind, but Roger Tondeur in the big blind three-bet to 2,200. Both Kopyl and Tazi called.
The dealer fanned a flop of 4♥4♠5♦ and Tondeur continued for 5,500. Kopyl was the only one to call.
Tondeur fired a second barrel on the 5♣ turn, then moved all-in on the A♣ river. "Easy call," later said Kopyl who flipped over K♠5♠ for a full house.
Tondeur only had J♠J♣ and became the first player eliminated today.
