Querleux and Gonsalves Eliminated on the Bubble
Three players were all-in and at risk at the same time on the bubble.
First, Romain Lourenco in the big blind with a 131,000-chip stack was facing Tamer Kamel in middle position.
Romain Lourenco: A♦A♠
Tamer Kamel: 9♥7♥
Lourenco didn't look too happy to be facing Kamel, especially on a flop of K♥8♥10♠. The 3♣7♠ runout kept his aces ahead, and he doubled up.
Meanwhile, Mehdi Mouhoubi opened to 30,000 from the cutoff and Felipe Gonsalves in the big blind went deep into the tank from the big blind. He called and went into the tank again when Mouhoubi continued for 50,000 on the 2♣2♦A♣ flop. Gonsalves eventually raised all-in for 60,000 and Mouhoubi called.
Felipe Gonsalves: K♣5♠
Mehdi Mouhoubi: J♦10♥
Gonsalves was in the lead with ace-high, but after the 4♣ turn, the J♥ river gave a pair to Mouhoubi, sending Gonsalves to the rail.
Finally, Joseph Querleux, who only had a single blind left, jammed with A♠8♠ from the cutoff and was eliminated by Yann Brosolo on the button with K♣J♣ and Pierre Merlin in the small blind with K♠4♠ on a Q♠J♦3♠7♦4♣ board.
