Two in a Row for Firsau

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Jan-Peter Jachtmann defended his blind with the {Q-Hearts}{7-Spades}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs} and picked up a straight and flush draw on the flop {J-Spades}{6-Spades}{7-Hearts}. The german called a continuation bet by Vasili Firsau and they then checked the {K-Spades} on the turn. Jachtmann also checked the {A-Spades} river and called a final bet worth 30,000 by Firsau to instantly muck when shown {K-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{10-Spades}{9-Spades}.

One hand later, Thomas Bichon raised and Firsau defended his big blind. The flop {8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop was checked through and Firsau then bet the {5-Clubs} on the turn for 6,000. Bichon called and Firsau fired 12,000 on the {7-Hearts} river. Bichon folded but was shown the {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{6-Clubs} by Firsau, who had flopped an open-ended straight flush draw, turned a straight and another open-ended straight flush draw.
