Only nine players out of a field of 912 entries remain in the 2021 WSOP International Circuit €1,700 Main Event at the King's Resort in Rozvadov. Five different countries will be represented on the final table with Germany boasting four contenders and Italy having two hopefuls in the running for the biggest slice of the €1,342,920 prize pool.
Andrea Ricci returns to the final day as the chip leader with 63 big blinds and he another four players are then separated by four big blinds only including Sami Karli, Aliaksandr Shylko, and Simone Lombardo. Two years ago, Shylko finished fourth out of 768 entries in this very event in Europe's biggest poker arena for a career-high score of €78,850.
Also in the mix is the 2019 EPT Sochi Main Event winner Uri Gilboa, who will be the shortest stack among the finalists with just nine blinds. All nine contenders today and tenth-place finisher Mihai Stinca have earned another prize on top of their cash winnings as they all receive an entry to the 2021 WSOP Europe Main Event worth €10,300 each.

The final table will resume at 2 pm local time with blinds of 80,000-160,000 and a big blind ante of 160,000. All levels last 60 minutes each until a winner is crowned and the top nine currently have €10,459 locked up. A top prize of €236,489 and the WSOP Circuit ring will be awarded to the eventual champion.

Sami Karli raised to 325,000 in the cutoff with the and Andrea Ricci called in the big blind with . The flop was checked by both and Ricci then bet the turn for 500,000. Karli stared at the board and announced all-in to get snap-called by Ricci within fewer than one second.
Karli still had outs with trips nines but the river was a blank. And just like that, Karli as the second in chips departed in 9th place for €19,459.

The pace after the first elimination of the day has slowed down as Aliaksandr Shylko cemented his second place for now. He raised with the and claimed the blinds and big blind ante.

Aliaksandr Shylko raised to 320,000 with the on the button and was called by Mourad Tounnouti in the big blind with the . The flop came and Tounnouti checked, Shylko just bet the minimum of 160,000. Tounnouti just called and made two pair on the turn.
Tounnouti checked once more and Shylko bet 500,000 only to face the shove for 1.5 million by his opponent. No call followed and Tounnouti offered to show one card but didn't expose any.

In a limped pot to the flop, Mourad Tounnouti bet 250,000 with the and Simone Lombardo called with the . The turn gave Tounnouti checked. Lombardo now bet 475,000 with his additional flush draw and Tounnouti came along to see the on the river.
Tounnouti checked once more and Lombardo made it 775,000 to go. Lombardo stared at his opponent for a long time and eventually paid it off to drop to a severe short stack.
