On Break

The players are on a 15-minute break while they color up. We'll resume play around 1:05 a.m. PDT. And we'll be playing until 2 a.m. tonight.

A Set Up

A few hands after Jeff Lisandro showed a bluff to the opponent from whom he'd stolen a pot, the same two players tangled and got all the money in before the flop. The other player had pocket Sixes but Lisandro had a hand this time, {A-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}. Lisandro flopped a Queen to take the lead and never gave it up, increasing his stack to 116,500.

Gavin Griffin Busts A Player

After seeing a flop of K-7-J Gavin Griffin led out from the big blind and was raised. Griffin raised another 15,000 and the original better moved in the last of his chips. Jeff Lisandro Cracks the Century Mark

When Jeff Lisandro raised to 16,000, the player in the small blind called all in with pocket Eights. Lisandro had {A-Clubs}{3-Clubs}. The flop of {K-Hearts}{2-Spades}{4-Spades} gave Lisandro a wheel draw to go with the three Aces in the deck. The {9-Spades} missed, but the {5-Diamonds} on the turn gave Lisandro the straight and the pot. He now sits behind 100,500 chips.
