Dinner Break

Some of the players are sticking around to observe the color-up, but we are on dinner break until 11 p.m. PDT.

Just before dinner was announced, Jennifer Harman got it all in for her last 330 in chips with {Q-Diamonds} showing on third. Her opponent had {A-Spades}. She did not improve and has been eliminated.

Tied All the Way to Fifth

Two players both had A-8-6 on fifth street; one with {A-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Hearts} versus {A-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}. The player with the ace of spades got to bet the whole way because of the suit -- one case where suit ranking matters: spade, heart, diamond, club, highest to lowest, in that order. He split the pot, though -- he turned over A-8-6 for high and the opponent had A-2-7 for low.

Gank Versus Giang

On seventh street with {2-Spades}{9-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} showing for Brett "Gank" Jungblut and {8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{10-Clubs} showing for Chau Giang, Jungblut checks. Giang bets what looks like a straight and Jungblut raises. Giang calls and Jungblut has {Q-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{3-Spades} for the boat.

"I was going to fold earlier," Jungblut says to Blair Rodman after the hand. "But you said I always hit. So I called, and I filled up on seventh!"

Gank has 7020 and Giang is down to 1350.
