Chop-Chop, Baby

Men "The Master" Nguyen: {5-Clubs}{A-Clubs}{A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}
Opponent: {K-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{2-Spades}

On fourth and fifth streets, Nguyen bet out and his opponent called. Both players checked on sixth, and on seventh Nguyen bet out again and his opponent called.

Nguyen showed {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} in the hole for a pair of aces for high and A-3-5-7-8 for low. His opponent tabled {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{3-Clubs} for kings up. Nguyen took the low half while his opponent won the high.

"Good thing you caught that low," Nguyen's opponent teased.

"No, I wanted to hit two pair. Scoop the pot," Men replied.

Juanda Rising

John Juanda: {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}{10-Clubs}{J-Hearts}
Opponent: {K-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Diamonds}

On fourth, fifth, and sixth streets, Juanda check-called a bet from his opponent, but on seventh, Juanda was the one to lead out and his opponent called. Juanda showed {5-Spades}{7-Hearts}{9-Hearts} in the hole for a jack-high straight and it was good enough to scoop.

Juanda was up to 37,500 after the hand.

Ma Makes the Laydown

Tony Ma: {A-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}
Opponent: {4-Clubs}{8-Spades}{5-Clubs}{A-Spades}

On sixth street, Ma bet out, his opponent raised, and before Ma could call, his opponent flipped over his hole cards, revealing that he had made a wheel. It was ruled that Ma was not bound to call the bet and could fold if he liked. Ma sat and thought for several minutes before finally folding his hand. The dealer let him "rabbit-hunt" seventh street and he would have caught the {6-Spades}, missing his draws anyway.
