Mizrachi Scoops

OMAHA-- On a flop of {J-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{10-Spades}, Ralph Schwartz bet and Robert Mizrachi called. The turn was the {8-Spades} and both players checked. The river was the {7-Diamonds}. Schwartz checked, Mizrachi bet and Schwartz called.

Schwartz held A-10 for trip tens with an ace kicker, but Mizrachi turned a queen-high straight. Neither player made a low, and Mizrachi scooped the pot.

Mizrachi was up to 345,000 after the hand.

Ivey vs. Gazes Again

OMAHA-- On a flop of {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, Phil Ivey bet out and Bill Gazes called. The turn was the {6-Hearts}. Ivey bet again and Gazes called. The river was the {3-Spades}. Ivey bet and Gazes folded, the 3 on the river counterfeiting his low.

Ivey scooped the pot with the {5-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for an eight high straight that was good for the high and the low. He's up to 355,000.
