"Boom!.... Oh, Sh*t!"

Dario Alioto got the remainder of his chips in on a {A-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} board and James Tolley called.

Alioto {A-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Tolley {A-Hearts}{5-Spades}{10-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}

The river was the {Q-Spades}. "BOOM!!" cried Tolley, thinking he had scooped with his full house. Then the dealer pointed at Alioto's 2-6.

"Oh sh*t!!" yelled Tolley as he realized Alioto had made his low, and the entire table busted up laughing. The two players split the pot.

Bach's New Shades

L.A. Poker Classic 6th place finisher David Bach may not yet be a household name, but to anyone who has frequented the WSOP over the last couple of years, he is instantly recognizable for his black cowboy hat, black Oakley sunglasses, and often wild printed shirts. Today, Bach wore his Oakleys to the final table, but was just asked by the floor to remove them, as they are outfitted with a built-in MP3 player and ear buds. Though Bach did not have his headphones on and had worn them to previous final tables, he complied with the ruling. The Oakleys have now been replaced by some square-shaped blue-tinted reflective shades.
