Hand #1:
Baxter raises to 300 pre-draw and Appleman calls.
In round 1, Billy stands pat and Appleman draws one card. Baxter bets and Appleman calls.
In round 2, Baxter is pat and Appleman draws one card. Baxter bets and Appleman folds.
"You can't have too much -- I have three deuces," Appleman says. Baxter shows a dealt 8-7-6-5-3.
Hand #2:
Then, Baxter gets a 8-5-4-3-2 and takes more from Appleman. Baxter has 9,200.
The first floorman got on the phone to call his boss, who stopped by with two or three other guys. The boss gave the final word that the hand was dead, and even brought over a sheet of rules to back him up. Levi was still upset as he feels this rule has not been applied consistently throughout the series. Play resumed, but not before Thor Hansen gave a coda to the whole thing: "Next time you get up to look at the article -- bring your chair with you!"
