Ivey's Psychic Abilities

After Phil Ivey made it 400 to go preflop from middle position, the player immediately to his left called and the button attempted to move all-in, but the way he moved his chips was deemed as only a call by the dealer. The big blind called as well, which sent four players to the flop.
