Lisandro Gets Healthy

Jeff Lisandro
Jeff Lisandro
After sitting tight much of the day, Jeff Lisandro just became involved in a multi-way all-in pot.

The first two players to act come in limping for 200, and a short-stacked player behind them decides to push in his remaining 1,300 chips. Action is folded around to Lisandro in the small blind, and he doesn't think long before he comes back over the top with an all-in move of his own.

The original limper, James McClendon, already has some calling chips cut out of his stack as the dealer counts down Lisandro's remaining 3,500. As soon as the math is done, McClendon puts in the call and the three men turn up their cards.

The short-stacked player shows {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs}, Lisandro has {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}, and McClendon is paired with {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}.

The board runs out {4-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{4-Clubs}{K-Hearts}, as Lisandro nails his card on the river. After the hand, one player is eliminated, and Lisandro almost triples up to around 9,000.
