Friedman Finds a King

Perry Friedman Demonstrates Our New ID Card System
Perry Friedman Demonstrates Our New ID Card System
Perry Friedman just became involved in a pot for his tournament life. He and another player got all their chips into the middle preflop, with Friedman tabling {A-Spades}{K-Clubs} against his opponent's {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}.

The flop was no good for Friedman, as it came {8-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{4-Hearts}, giving his opponent top pair and pushing Friedman to the brink. The turn card, {4-Spades}, was of no help either, but he redrew to the best hand when the river brought the {K-Spades}.

Friedman doubled up on that hand, and is now up to around 105,000.
