A Bit of Clarification

We've just learned that the "surveillance delay" was in fact due to an auditing issue. Apparently during the race off, it was learned that the total value of chips put on the table didn't match the total value of chips taken off the table. After checking the surveillance video, it was discovered that Aaron Coulthard had received an additional T25,000 chip during the race off.

Tournament officials apologized for the mistake, and demonstrated to Coulthard how the mistake happened. He politely disagreed and asked to see the tape. Tournament officials informed him that would not be possible and he asked them to please check again. He was told that the footage would indeed be double-checked, but the chip in question was eventually taken out of play.
