Mariano Cefalu Doubles Through Chris Ferguson

Chris Ferguson raised to 50,000 from middle position. Next to act, Mariano Cefalu, reraised all in for 156,000. Action folded back around to Ferguson who thought for about a minute before finally calling. The players showed:

Ferguson: {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}
Cefalu: {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

The flop was fairly harmless for Ferguson coming {K-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Hearts}. Although Cefalu picked up an inside straight draw, he was still ahead in the hand. Neither man expressed emotion when the {4-Clubs} hit the turn. The {Q-Hearts} on the river however had Cefalu grinning and Ferguson hiding his disappointment behind his almost trademark statuesque poker face.
