Hand #11: Edward Ochana

Edward Ochana
Edward Ochana
Edward Ochana had the button in Seat 6. Richard Lyndaker raised to 70,000 from the hijack seat, and Edward Ochana made the call from the button. The blinds folded, and we were heads up to the flop.

The flop came {3-Clubs}{A-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}. Lyndaker bet 85,000, and Ochana reraised to a total of 285,000 behind him. Lyndaker thought a moment, then moved all in. Ochana didn't take long to make the call, pushing the last of his chips in the middle.

Lyndaker {A-Diamonds}{4-Spades}
Ochana {Q-Clubs}{J-Clubs}

Lyndaker was in the lead, but Ochana had both flush and straight draws. The turn was the {K-Hearts}, giving Ochana the Broadway straight and a lock on the hand. The {K-Spades} on the river didn't matter, and Ochana doubled up to 1,302,000. Lyndaker has slipped to 1,900,000.

Hand #10: Tom Lutz

Tom Lutz had the button in seat 5. He raised to 70,000. Edward Ochana reraised to 195,000. Lutz moved all in when the action got back to him for 1.7 million. Ochana would be at risk if he made the call and went into the tank.

After a few moments of studying Lutz, Ochana tapped the table in respect and mucked his cards. Lutz picked up the pot.

Hand #7: Davidi Kitai

Davidi Kitai had the button in Seat 2. Sam Trickett raised to 70,000 from the cutoff, and Kitai quickly moved his entire stack of 241,000 in from the button. Joe Commisso took his time before folding from the small blind, and Richard Lyndaker also folded from the big blind.

Trickett went into the tank. After three minutes, Trickett folded. After that hand, Kitai is up to 365,000.

Hand #3: Tom Lutz

Richard Lyndaker had the button in Seat 4. The table folded around to Tom Lutz who completed from the small blind, and Edward Ochana checked his option from the big blind.

The flop came {5-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{6-Spades} and both checked. The turn was the {5-Diamonds}. Lutz bet 35,000, and Ochana folded.
