Final Table Bios - Seat 3, Michael Binger (186,000)

Michael Binger
Michael Binger
In 2007, Michael Binger cashed in eight World Series of Poker events, tying the record held by Humberto Brenes and Phil Hellmuth. This followed his 3rd-place finish in the 2006 WSOP Main Event, which was good for a $4,123,310 payday. Now living in Las Vegas, Binger holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from Stanford University, where his research focused on such topics as quantum chromodynamics, supersymmetry, and the Higgs boson. You will not confuse him by throwing out phrases like "flop texture." He has the second-shortest stack coming into play today.
