Floor!

There's a controversy on Blue 35. A player claimed the low in a Stud-8 pot and the dealer split the pot and pushed him half the chips - but he didn't actually have the low. The floor was called and the pot was reconstructed.

On fourth, the second player gets an {A-Spades} and decides to double-bet his pair. Isabelle raises anyway with her pair, {Q-Hearts}, and the bring-in folds his {10-Clubs}.

On fifth, the opponent bets his {J-Diamonds} and Isabelle calls {6-Spades}.

Gobbo Confused

Jimmy "Gobboboy" Fricke, fresh from busting out of Event #50, Pot-Limit Omaha, is staring at his seat card and wandering around the orange section, looking totally confused. Finally, a staff member leads him to a table with a player already present in that seat. The staff member points up at the table and the player is obviously sitting in the wrong place. That player racks up his chips and leaves for parts unknown.

Fricke is now being seated in his correct, and pre-warmed, chair.

Barberic Play

Al Barbieri is off to a rough start - he tells us that in the very first hand of the tournament, in hold'em, he raised on the button with {K-Clubs}{4-Clubs}, and the big blind called. The flop was {4-?}{4-?}{2-?}, and Barbieri ended up losing a third of his stack to his opponent's {2-?}{2-?} on that hand alone.

Controversial Button Ruling

During the first level, in the Stud games, an ante is impossible as there are no 5 denomination chips in play. Therefore, the button is having to ante for the entire table, and the button rotates during Stud games instead of staying stationary.

However, some tables are seven handed and some are eight handed at the moment, so since the games change every eight hands, one player ends up paying a bunch extra in antes. Several players are complaining about this, but the decision stands.
