Hand #115 – Scott Sitron

In the first hand of three-handed play, Scott Sitron raised from the button/under the gun to 200,000, and Dan Heimiller called from the big blind.

The flop came {2-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{2-Hearts}. Heimiller checked, Sitron bet 200,000, and Heimiller called. Both checked the {10-Hearts} on the turn.

The river brought the {5-Clubs}. Heimiller checked, and for the third time in the hand, Sitron bet 200,000. Heimiller called somewhat quickly. Sitron showed {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}, and Heimiller mucked.

Daneshgar Eyeing the Prize

David Daneshgar
David Daneshgar
David Daneshgar already has a couple of cashes to his credit at this year's WSOP, one in a hold'em event and the other in seven card stud hi/lo. He is currently second in chips, behind leader Dan Heimiller.

Daneshgar has numerous cashes to his credit from the past five years -- almost all in hold'em events -- with career earnings exceeding $1.6 million. That's the highest total earnings of our remaining players, although Heimiller has nearly made that much with a consistent, lengthy career full of cashes.
