D'Agostino Moves Up

A player on the button came first into the pot with a raise. In the small blind, John D'Agostino three-bet it, and Scotty Nguyen called from the big blind, as did the original raiser.

The flop came out {A-Spades} {3-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds}. D'Agostino led out with a bet, and Nguyen put in a raise. The original raiser ducked out, and D'Agostino made the call.

Fourth street brought the {10-Diamonds}. D'Agostino fired again, with Scotty electing to just flat call this time.

The river card was the {10-Spades}. D'Agostino bet again, and Nguyen came back with another raise. D'Agostino made the call, tabling {A-Clubs} {10-Clubs} {K-Spades} {9-Spades} for tens full of aces. Scotty couldn't show anything better, grimacing and returning his cards to the muck.

With that sizable pot, J-Dags has climbed up to 52,000, while Scotty has slipped down to 26,000.
