Not So Fast

We thought we had reached the final two tables. In fact, for a moment, even the players did. But we still have 19 players left.

Brian Townsend had raised to 65,000 from the button, Justin Bonomo reraised to 240,000, Townsend pushed all in for about 630,000 total, and Bonomo called.

Townsend showed {A-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and Bonomo {A-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}. The board came {J-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{K-Clubs}{4-Hearts}, and Bonomo and Townsend shook hands before realizing they'd split the pot.

Bonomo still holds the chip lead with 2.72 million. Townsend has 630,000.
