Jason Dewitt Back In the Chip Lead

Jason Dewitt
Jason Dewitt
Marc Tschirch made it 7,000 to go from middle position. Jason Dewitt called from the button as did Nick Stowell from the big blind. The flop came {Q-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds} and all three players checked. The turn brought the {9-Diamonds} and after a check from Stowell, Tschirch made it 12,500. Dewitt called and Stowell folded.

The river brought the {8-Clubs} and Tschirch checked. Dewitt make a healthy bet of 20,500 and took down the pot.

Jason Dewitt is now back up to 260,000 - where he was before he lost a 145,000 race earlier in the day.

Petteri Pirinen opened the pot to 8,400 before Roland De Wolfe pushed his last remaining 16,900 into the middle with Pirinen making the call.

Pirinen: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}
De Wolfe: {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}

De Wolfe would hit the front on the {10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop, but when the {Q-Spades} landed on the turn and {4-Diamonds} on the river De Wolfe vacate his chair and massage lady to head to the rail.

Pirinen is now over 120,000 in chips.

Seif Crippled Then Eliminated

Seif exits to the rail
Seif exits to the rail
We caught the action on the flop of {4-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} with Andreas Vandevenne committing the last of his chips holding {A-Hearts}{J-Clubs} to be ahead of Mark Seif's {A-Diamonds}{8-Spades}.

The turn landed the {6-Clubs} and river the {10-Hearts} to see Vandevenne double through to 128,000 as Seif slipped to 20,000.

A few hands later Seif ran his {4-?}{4-?} into Mike Beasley's {Q-?}{Q-?} to find himself on the rail.

Frank'D out of the tournament
Frank'D out of the tournament
With the action folding round to Justin Frank in late position, he made the call, as did Kyle Carlston before Mark Radoja made it 8,500 to go.

Frank called all in for his tournament life as did Carlston to see a flop of {5-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{2-Spades} fall.

Radoja fired out 8,000 with Carlston making the call, only to fold for 19,000 when the {4-Hearts} landed on the turn.

Frank: {K-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Radoja: {K-Clubs}{K-Hearts}

With Frank drawing dead, he made his way to the rail as Radoja climbed to 60,000 in chips.

March Tschirch: {A-Clubs} {Q-Hearts}
Ed Martin: {K-Spades} {K-Hearts}

The board came {10-Hearts} {7-Diamonds} {7-Spades} {10-Diamonds} {5-Hearts} allowing Roche to triple up with the worst hand.

Raghavan Cripples Liebert

govshark2 snatches one up!
govshark2 snatches one up!
As it folded round to Kathy Liebert in the small blind she pushed the action to 9,000. Ravi Raghavan then made a pot bet of 27,000 from the big blind with Liebert making the call.

The flop fell down {9-Spades}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and Liebert pushed all in putting Raghavan to a decision for his tournament life.

Thinking for some time, Raghavan eventually made the call tabling {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} for an under-pair, but it would be ahead of Liebert's Ace-Queen high.

Needing to avoid an Ace or a Queen, Raghavan would stay alive when the {4-Clubs} and {8-Spades} fell on the turn and river to push Raghavan over the 100,000 mark as Liebert slipped to 20,000.

Liebert Doubles

After being crippled a few hands ago, Kathy Liebert has managed to find a double through Kyle Allen.

Liebert: {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}
Allen: {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}

The flop of {K-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{10-Hearts} gave Allen an additional four outs for a straight, and when the {A-Clubs} fell on the turn he took the lead.

However lightning would strike for Liebert when the {8-Hearts} peeled on the river to see her double to 48,000 as Allen slips to 28,000 in chips.
