Paasonen Takes Big Pot From MacNeil

Arriving at the river of a {6-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} {5-Hearts} {4-Hearts} {6-Clubs} board. Chris MacNeil led out for 200,000 and Mika Paasonen thought hard for about a minute or so with 400,000 or so already in the pot. Paasonen made the call and MacNeil shook his head and showed {A-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds} for a missed draw while Paasonen flipped {J-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} to retake the chip lead.

Johan Dunder Eliminated in 19th Place ($13,819)

Dunder only had 119,000 left and they all went over the line when it was folded to him in the cutoff. The big stack of Neng Lee was in the next seat and after a think through of his options he just called with {K-Clubs} {K-Diamonds}. Everyone else folded and Dunder revealed {A-Spades} {J-Spades}.

The board came {10-Clubs} {8-Clubs} {10-Spades} {8-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} to bust our first player today.

Makowsky Doubles

Peter Feldman raised to 42,000 from the cutoff and Daniel Makowsky pushed for 107,000 more. Feldman made a reluctant call with {6-Clubs} {4-Diamonds}, live against Makowsky's {A-Hearts} {K-Diamonds}. The latter survived a scare on the {Q-Spades} {7-Clubs} {5-Hearts} {5-Clubs} {Q-Clubs} board to double up to 300,000.

Welcome To Day 3.

The remaining 19 players are back now debagging their chips on the three tables. We need to lose one player and then we'll redraw for two tables.

Everyone remaining is guaranteed around $13,000 but the last two tables will be getting over $19,000 which isn't too shabby for a couple of days of work.

Play should begin in about 5 to 10 minutes.
