Most of the damage was done when Phil Hellmuth raised under the gun and Sands reraised preflop. Hellmuth check-called Sands' bets on the X {7-?}

river. Sands called, but his his pocket queens were no good against Hellmuth's {A-?}

for the rivered straight. Ouch.

A couple hands later and Hellmuth finished him off. Down to just 2,400, Sands got it in under the gun with {Q-Diamonds}

and it folded around to Hellmuth in the small blind who raised with {K-Hearts}
