Chairud Vangchailued: A Name Not Conducive to Puns

Chairud Vangchailued
Chairud Vangchailued
Chairud Vangchailued has been riding the roller coaster today. He was in the mix of the leaders around 240,000 a few hours ago, but his stack took a turn for the worse from then on. Eventually, Vangchailued moved to a new table with just 2,000 chips. With the blinds at 3,000/6,000, he posted a 500 ante and was all in for 1,500 from the big blind. He's multiplied his stack several times since then, and we pick him up involved in another recent pot.

On a turn board showing {9-Spades} {9-Hearts} {7-Hearts} {Q-Diamonds}, his foe for this hand bet out 55,000, and Vangchailued made the call for more than half of his remaining stack. The river came the {A-Hearts}, and our hero moved all in for 43,500. His opponent called, tabling {A-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs}. It was no good though; Vangchailued turned over {7-Diamonds} {7-Spades}, having flopped a full boat.

After a long grind in the doldrums, Chairud Vangchailued has now doubled all the way back above average, sitting now with right at 250,000.
