Stern chopped a hand with William Kohler after that, but then got involved with Kohler a second time not long after.

They made it as far as 6th street, Kohler betting all the way, before Stern folded. He's now down to 100,000, while Kohler is up to 1.05 million.

Max Stern lost another (relative) biggie, when his eight-low and ace-ten high got scooped by David Halpern's six-low and ace-jack high.

Down to just 10,000 after that, Stern had little hope of recovering and got his last in the next hand; both his opponents called.

It's actually getting pretty difficult to keep up with scribbling down hands, they're playing that fast.

"How would TV like it if they played hold'em this fast?" commented Kohler. "Slow down! We can't keep up!"

It's tough work, but our remaining two are showing an admirable determination to get this over and done with as soon as possible, for which the bloggers commend them.
