Georgios Kapalas Eliminated in 4th Place ($59,838)

Georgios Kapalas - 4th place
Georgios Kapalas - 4th place

Georgios Kapalas got his last in with {a-Spades}{j-Hearts} the next hand from the big blind to a raise from Matt Matros holding {7-Spades}{9-Spades} under the gun. The board ran out {8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and Kapalas doubled up, but was still short on around 200,000.

The very next hand, Ahmad Abghari opened under the gun and Terrence Chan reraised from the button. Kapalas four-bet from the small blind and Abghari folded. Chan called, though, and indeed the rest of Kapalas' chips went in on the flop. When the dust settled, the cards looked like so:

Kapalas: {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
Chan: {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}

Board: {j-Clubs}{3-Spades}{q-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{5-Hearts}

From eight players to three in around 90 minutes - who says limit poker is slow?
