Huge Hand!

Daniel Carter is now on the rail
Daniel Carter is now on the rail

Daniel Duong raised to 38,000 preflop only to have Daniel Carter move all in for 544,000. Much to the table's surprise, David Baker called all in for 532,000.

Duong was clearly perplexed and contemplated making the call, but opted to fold and showed his {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}. The other two players turned over their cards:

Carter: {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}
Baker: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}

When the flop came {K-Spades}{10-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}, Duong walked away from the table in disgust. He would have made three kings and been in great position to triple his stack. Instead, it was Baker who was in the lead and looking to double his stack through Carter.

The {6-Hearts} on the turn changed nothing. The table watched anxiously as the {4-Spades} hit on the river. Baker shot up near the top of the chip counts with 1.2 million. Carter was left with a mere 12,000.

Needless to say, Carter was eliminated the very next hand.
