Chino Wins the Minimum

Derric Haynie raised to 4,000 under the gun, and Chino Rheem, Yan Chen, and Sean Snyder all came along. Haynie, Rheem, and Snyder drew one while Chen needed two. Chen checked first action, Snyder checked, and Hanynie checked behind. "Oh fine, I check too," Chino said. "I have a ten-eight." Chen flashed his jack on the way to the muck, and Haynie spread his {10-}-{8-}-{6-} on the table. Rheem had slightly better with a {10-}{8-}{5-}{4-}{3-} and took down the pot.

"God, I play so bad!" Chino said.

"Yeah, you do," Scott Seiver chimed in. "If you bet there, it goes bet, call, overcall. You do play bad, unless you didn't want an extra 22k, which is possible since you already have so many chips." Chino is up to 205,700 and has the rest of the field crushed at the moment.
