Mizzi Stays Alive, Just

Razz:

Sorel Mizzi has been tipped as a dark horse in many WSOP fantasy teams this year, but he'll need a few more hands like this one if he's to get himself into contention for the $50,000 Poker Player's Championship.

The game was Razz and Mizzi was all in on third street against Justin Bonomo. Here's how the boards ran out:

Bonomo: ({2-}{Q-}) {3-}{5-}{7-}{3-} ({9-})
Mizzi: ({A-}{6-}) {8-}{9-}{5-}{K-} ({4-})

Once Bonomo found a nine on seventh street, Mizzi would need to improve to stay alive. He squeezed out a four to make an eighty-six low to double up to 40,000 chips.
