A total of 408 players entered this event, and 40 of them will be getting paid. The $550,800 prize pool will be divvied up according to the usual formula, with 40th place getting $2,985 and first place taking home $140,000 and a shiny gold bracelet.
By the by, among our field is last week's Stud Hi/Lo 8-or-better bracelet winner Frank Kassela, who is letting girls try on said bracelet. A word of warning to the eventual winner - make sure they spell your name right when they're doing the engraving...
