After a few orbits where the pre-flop and flop action got a little crazy, things have settled down at the final table. The same can't be said for the gallery, where James Dempsey's supporters took off their shoes for a "Raise your shoe up" chant. If we were British we would probably understand what it meant, but we're not. So we don't.
